Corys Electrical - A Member of the Fletcher Building Group

Over the last week at Crane we’ve been briefing our teams about a planned simplification to our management structure designed to improve our focus on our customers.

Now our teams are fully informed, we are pleased to be able to advise you as a valued customer about the changes we are making to deliver excellent service and competitively priced products to you in this challenging market.

From the 1st of November our management structure will change to be market and brand-aligned. We will operate as two businesses nationally:
Mico Plumbing and Pipelines, and Corys Electrical. The General Manager for Corys Electrical will be Steve Priest and the Acting General Manager for
Mico Plumbing and Pipelines will be Kevan Hunt. Our Mastertrade branches will largely report into the Mico business with a small number reporting into
Corys Electrical.

This means we will have just two management teams focused on what we can do to help you make your business more profitable, supported by
Regional Managers who will ensure that we are in touch with local needs.

For Mico and Corys customers it is business as usual with the added benefits that will come as we implement our new strategy. All your current
terms and conditions remain and your account can still be used across all brands and branches in New Zealand.

For Mastertrade customers we will continue to rebrand and merge our Mastertrade branches over the next 15 months or so into the Mico and
Corys branded stores. We may also open some new branches to ensure easy access for customers to our specialist plumbing, pipelines and
electrical services and supplies. Your Mastertrade team will also move to the rebranded and new branches.

In advance of each Mastertrade branch rebranding we will communicate with its customers to ensure that you know exactly what is happening.
